The journey
- Day 1
Pula & Rovinj
A private transfer meets you in Pula — the Arena, the Forum, the Temple of Augustus, read at an unhurried pace before lunch. The afternoon moves to Rovinj, your base for the weekend, with an easy first ride along the Zlatni Rt waterfront if you like, and a long dinner to close the day.
- Day 2
Inland Istria
E-MTBs take you inland through Grožnjan's artist lanes and along stretches of the old Parenzana railway toward Motovun, hill towns holding a wine country most visitors never see. Lunch is Istrian truffle country at its most straightforward — a konoba in Motovun's shadow — and the afternoon closes at a family winery.
- Day 3
The Adriatic by boat
A private speedboat carries you out toward Brijuni and the western coast — swimming stops, quiet coves, the Adriatic without a schedule attached to it. Lunch is at the water's edge in Fažana before the boat turns back, with an optional sunset ride along Zlatni Rt for those not ready to stop.
- Day 4
Departure
Breakfast, then — time permitting — one last unhurried stop at Poreč's Euphrasian Basilica or the ruins at Dvigrad, before your private transfer onward.
