Istria Signature Journey gives the peninsula its full week — two accommodation bases so nothing is rushed, two private days on the Adriatic, and a route that runs from Pula's Roman stone to the truffle oak of the interior. It is the complete version of the Istria story: coast, hill towns, wine country and the sea, worked into a single unhurried arc.

The journey
- Day 1
Pula & Rovinj
A private transfer meets you in Pula for an unhurried first look at the Arena and the old town, before continuing to Rovinj — the first of two accommodation bases. An easy waterfront ride is on offer for those who want it, then a long welcome dinner.
- Day 2
The west coast by bike
E-MTBs trace the coast from Rovinj through Zlatni Rt and the Limski Canal to Bale and the ruins at Dvigrad, vehicle support shadowing the whole route. Lunch and a winery visit close the day at a proper Istrian pace.
- Day 3
Brijuni by boat
A private speedboat opens the Brijuni archipelago and the Fažana Channel — swimming, quiet coves, an unhurried lunch on the water, with a curated olive oil tasting folded into the afternoon.
- Day 4
Into central Istria
The journey turns inland: a signature ride through Grožnjan's artist lanes and the old Parenzana railway toward Motovun, where your second base — deeper in wine country — waits above the hill towns.
- Day 5
Truffles, Hum & Buzet
A morning truffle hunt with a family of hunters and their dogs, then the smallest town in the world at Hum, the Butoniga lake, and Buzet's old walls, closing at a family winery.
- Day 6
The Adriatic again
A second private boat day, this time the Rovinj archipelago and Lim Bay — a different stretch of coast, the same unhurried logic, with a sunset run back to the mainland if conditions allow.
- Day 7
Poreč & departure
A last morning at the Euphrasian Basilica and Poreč's old town before your private transfer to the airport of your choice.

Questions
Is the Istria Signature Journey private?
Yes — every Adrion journey runs exclusively for your party, arranged around your dates and pace.
Is previous cycling experience required?
No — the E-MTB days suit a general level of fitness, with vehicle support and flexible route planning throughout.
Why two accommodation bases instead of one?
It reduces daily travel and lets you experience both the western coastline and inland Istria properly, rather than rushing between them.
Can this journey be extended?
Yes — it combines naturally with a Kvarner extension or another Adrion journey.
